Your dog's first day
Every new dog starts with an evaluation day, a full day of daycare so we can meet your dog, see how they play, and make sure daycare is a happy fit.
Book online as usual
No special form needed, just book through our normal online booking link, exactly like any other day.
We'll spot it's their first visit
Our booking system automatically recognises a new dog and prompts you to book an evaluation day, no guesswork needed.

Your dog enjoys a full day of supervised play so we can get to know them, and their very first visit is free.
Come and see the space first
Want to see where your dog will spend their day? You're very welcome to look around before you book. Because we care for a lot of dogs, viewings are by appointment at the quieter start and end of the day, so we don't unsettle the group or disrupt their routine, and our drop-off and pick-up windows are set and strictly kept for the same reason.
For everyone's safety, we're unable to accept aggressive dogs, please don't book your dog in if it is aggressive. The evaluation day helps us make sure daycare is the right fit for your dog and the group.

Good to know: Extra days on top of your membership are charged at $67. Families with more than one dog receive 10% off each additional membership. Additional days or baths can be purchased any time. Membership can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. Prices are subject to change.
Daycare requirements
What are the vaccination and desexing requirements?
For everyone's safety, your dog must have current C5 vaccinations and be neutered if over 6 months of age to attend doggy daycare.
How many days per week do you recommend?
To promote maximum safety, socialisation, exercise and comfort for your dog, we recommend at least 2 visits per week.
Do you take casual or one-off bookings?
We do not take casual bookings for doggy daycare, our daycare runs on memberships so dogs build familiarity with the group and our team.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you're unable to attend, due to cancelling, public holidays, store closures and so on, you have up to 3 months to use your missed day in the future, on top of your regular membership days.
Are there any breeds you can't accommodate?
At this time we're unable to accommodate Staffies and large Bully breed dogs for our doggy daycare services. We appreciate your understanding.
